Photo Shoot

My Mom recently asked for a picture of me with the kids, but I had nothing to give her. Being the one who always takes the pictures, there are hardly any pictures of me - let alone a picture of me with all the kids. I decided to ask our friend and former employee, Jeniee Laurence, if she would take a picture for me. She is a photography major at BYU-I. We headed over to the college gardens on Friday afternoon, and this is what we got:

I played with the coloring a bit on many of the photo's using photoshop. If you have photoshop and you haven't taken a class on how to actually use it (like me) then you need to know how I did this. If you go here (thank you Pioneer Woman) you will find a couple action set downloads that are so fun. You should try it. It will make you feel cool - like you know something. ;)

She happened to shoot this one of Marianne by herself, and I thought it just turned out lovely!

I didn't change the coloring on these two photos. They are the real deal.

And speaking of "real deal" that's what you have with the above picture. The kids as their true, real selves. I'm not quite sure what William is doing, but I had to laugh.

This is one that Jen edited herself. She darkened the background somehow. Of course, she actually knows how to use photoshop. For reals. You are awesome Jen. Thanks for taking our pictures. :)
