April Madness

I guess it's supposed to be "March Madness". "April Madness" doesn't really work. So, I suppose we could call April, "April Awareness". Here is my blog post making you "aware" of a few events that took place in April. Yep. And they are about as interesting as my new title, "April Awareness".

Don't say I didn't warn you.

We spent a nice Sunday evening performing for and visiting my grandparent's in St. Anthony. All the kids played a piece they have learned recently.

Here is Great-Granddad showing Thomas a few tricks in the game of Checkers.

A random picture of James. He often asks me to take pictures of him with his Lego/block creations.

And so does William.

Sarah was a Star Fish in her school program "Go Fish".

Sarah with her cousin, Rachel, after the program.

She requested to have her picture taken with her friend, Brigham. (She tends to get along best with boys that are at least a head shorter than her.)

Sarah got 3rd place for her picture a second time. This time at the state level. GO SARAH!!!

Somewhere in there we celebrated my 33rd birthday. My dear mother made me the chocolate cake that looked like it came from a Dr. Suess story. Yum. :)

Posing with the newly colored Easter Eggs.

An egg hunt with cousins at Grandma and Granddad's.

Hunting for eggs is serious business.

"Last one there is a rotten egg!"

Richard has strong hands. If he gets a good grip and begins tickling, you are pretty much at his mercy.

Easter afternoon. We have 9:00 church and I wasn't about to get up as early as it would take to do Easter baskets that morning.(Thank goodness we don't do the Easter Bunny!) So, I pulled them out later in the afternoon. Here they are showing off their little Easter gifts.

Finally, an Easter "egg" you can throw at stuff. That's what boys really want, isn't it?

Well, that wraps up another busy, ordinary, not-so-interesting month at the Ferguson household. If you actually made it this far, you are probably very bored.
