How did this day come so quickly? School even started a week later than usual, but it still seemed like it was here before I was ready! Summer was so much fun. I enjoyed having more time with the family, and being outdoors. But, let's be honest, it is really nice to be in a routine again, and it is definitely nice to have the house somewhat to myself for part of the day. James and I have certainly been getting along just fine without the other kids. And, they were SO ready for school to start! They are all loving their teachers and their classes so far.

Sarah is in kindergarten now, William in 2nd grade, Marianne in 4th grade and Thomas is my big middle-schooler in the 5th grade! (This is weird - I remember my 5th grade year like it was yesterday! :O)
